I am the Principal for Twin Oaks Capital an Asset Manager based out of West Michigan and Central Florida. We provide a number of services to our clients including brokerage, building construction management, feasibility and consulting. We primarily serve the self storage and industrial industry but also including business acquisition, multifamily, retail, office retail. We got our start flipping houses and starting a residential property management company.
